It’s where conversations begin, ideas are shared, relationships grow, and memorable experiences are created. That spirit of connection was at the heart of Back to the Table, a beautiful evening hosted by SaltBlock Hospitality at Hyde House Public Studio in Tampa.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals was honored to be part of an incredible group of creative partners who came together to bring the evening to life, with Florist Fire leading the event design and floral design for the night.

A Night Designed Around Connection

Back to the Table brought Tampa Bay’s event and hospitality community together for an evening centered around creativity, collaboration, incredible food, and connection.

With Florist Fire as the event designer and florist, Hyde House was transformed into an elevated and inviting setting filled with beautiful florals, thoughtful details, and layered design elements.

Our team at Kate Ryan Event Rentals loved seeing pieces from our collection incorporated throughout the space and brought to life as part of Florist Fire’s overall vision.

From the rentals and linens to the lighting, entertainment, culinary experience, and finishing touches, every partner contributed something unique to the evening.

A Feast for the Eyes and the Table

Of course, an evening called Back to the Table wouldn’t be complete without an incredible culinary experience, and SaltBlock Hospitality delivered in every way.

The food was absolutely delicious, but what stood out just as much was the incredible attention to detail in its presentation. Each dish felt thoughtfully considered not only for its flavor, but for how it would look within the overall setting.

The colors, textures, plating, and presentation of the food beautifully complemented Florist Fire’s event and floral design, making the culinary experience feel like another layer of the décor. Nothing felt separate or overlooked. From what was on the table to what surrounded it, every detail worked together.

It was a perfect example of how food can become part of the visual experience of an event. When the menu tastes incredible and looks like it belongs within the design, it creates an experience guests remember long after the evening is over.

Bringing the Vision to Life

One of the things we love most about events is seeing how all the individual elements come together.

Florist Fire paired beautiful floral installations and arrangements with furnishings, textures, linens, and details that complemented the modern setting at Hyde House. SaltBlock carried that same attention to detail into the culinary presentation, creating a seamless experience from the décor to the plate.

Our rentals became part of that larger vision, helping create spaces where guests could gather, dine, connect, and enjoy the evening.

The result was sophisticated and welcoming, and a beautiful example of what can happen when talented creative partners work together with a shared vision.
